This includes the YUN POLY website, the aipollo mobile application, and the MediaSyncClaw.skills PC software (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services across any platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our Services.

2. Service Description

Our Services consist of a multi-platform media ecosystem:

· YUN POLY Website: Provides general information, support, and account management functionalities.

· aipollo App: An advanced AI-enhanced mobile media player designed for high-quality local video playback.

· MediaSyncClaw.skills (PC): A companion software that establishes a secure, direct network tunnel between your personal computer and mobile device, allowing for seamless media synchronization and streaming.

3. Account Registration and Login

To provide a seamless cross-device synchronization experience and protect your data security, our Services utilize Google Account Login (OAuth).

· You are not required to create a separate YUN POLY password.

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Account information and for all activities that occur under your account across our Services.

· Any actions taken through your authorized Google Account will be deemed your own actions.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. When using the tunneling and synchronization features (MediaSyncClaw.skills and aipollo), you acknowledge that you are strictly streaming your own personal media.

You specifically agree NOT to:

· Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

· Use our Services to stream, distribute, or share pirated, illegal, or unauthorized copyrighted content.

· Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt our Services, our servers, or the MediaSyncClaw.skills infrastructure.

· Spam or send unsolicited messages through our network.

· Use our Services for fraudulent or commercial exploitation purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, website design, aipollo UI, and the underlying MediaSyncClaw.skills software, are the property of YUN POLY or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Specifically, we do not guarantee that the PC-to-mobile network tunnel will be completely free of latency or connectivity drops, as this heavily depends on your local network environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

YUN POLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to data loss during media synchronization, hardware failure, or network-related charges.
